WHat IS INCLUDED IN OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES?

We believe that good property management services include continuous insight and overview of the portfolio of properties combined with the right expertise in the field.

Local expertise. We manage the real estate portfolio of our clients in the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region. As manager, we play a key role and therefor need to know the properties in detail and we will require the possibility to enter them when necessary. We do not believe in delivering high quality management services from a distance. 

Limited number of properties per employee. Devising good solutions and advice to our clients requires sufficient time and personal attention. We therefore limit the number of objects per employee to a maximum of 400.

Personal relationship. We want to get to know our clients well and tailor our services to their personal wishes. In order to guarantee personal contact, we only manage portfolios with more than 10 objects.

Extensive knowledge and expertise. We set the bar high in terms of our knowledge and service. We do not need to be able to perform every little case of maintenance ourselves, but we do need to be able to assess whether the property meets the legal requirements. We do not have to be able to draw up a subpoena ourselves, but must be able to form a crystal-clear picture before a case is handed over to a lawyer. Proper knowledge leads to smart and efficient decisions.

We therefore offer our clients a full-service package. If required, we advise on the purchase of a property, work out a plan and supervise the renovation with a long-term vision. In the case of a residential purpose, the rental process is done by us and in the case of commercial purposes we oversee the rental process via a reputable partner. In terms of management, we relieve you of all worries; a selection of our services is shown in the grey bar.
