- It is not possible to apply for housing benefit.
- The security deposit is twice the monthly rent.
- The property is suitable for a maximum of one person and is not suitable for couples.
- The minimum rental period is 12 months. This is a temporary rental agreement for the duration of your studies. Upon completion of your studies, the rental contract will end and a new student will be given the opportunity to live in this great place.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property.
- Pets are not allowed.

Income requirements for students:
- This property is only suitable for full-time students. MBO, HBO, WO, and PhD students are eligible.
- Dutch students must have a guarantor. International students without a guarantor who lives or works in the Netherlands are eligible by paying a double security deposit.

Income requirements for guarantors:
- Living or working in the Netherlands;
- Immediate family member (parents, stepparents, grandparents, or brother/sister);
- Minimum net income of €4,000 per month. The income of the spouse/partner may be included;
- For employees: a remaining employment contract of at least 10 months or a letter of intent for renewal;
- For self-employed persons: confirmation of income by an external accountant for the entire past financial year and the current financial year (forecast).
