At Paradijslaan 1 in Rotterdam, we have an office space of approximately 18 m² with 4 fully equipped workstations available. You can rent from 1 up to a maximum of 4 workstations, so whether you work independently or have a small team, you’re more than welcome.

The office is fully furnished, including sit-stand desks. In other words: just bring your laptop and you’re good to go.

In addition to your own workspace, you’ll have access to several shared facilities:

• Quiet workspace
• Large communal lunch table
• And last but definitely not least: our table tennis table 🏓

Who will you be sharing the office with?
That would be us: Perfect Rent. We’re a real estate company focused on the Greater Rotterdam area. With over 15 years of experience and an ambitious team of four colleagues, we work every day to create future-proof real estate management. Our motto? Helping people enjoy real estate.
