Stefan heeft ons telkens geduldig en vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Alles was zo duidelijk voor het tekenen van het contract.

Perfectrent was recommended to my be several people so I knew I can trust them. I was always informed in a timely manner about all steps in the process. My agent, Kirsten was helpful, kind and responsive. Even when some deadlines couldn't be made, I was in the loop and knew what to expect.

Ik ben heel blij met Perfectrent als verhuurder! Zij reageren snel, proactief, meedenkend met ons als huurders en heel vriendelijk. Wij worden als huurders altijd heel fijn en tijdig op de hoogte gebracht van ontwikkelingen en werkzaamheden aan ons pand, door Tobias, of Jelle en zij staan open voor ideeën van ons en nemen onze klachten serieus.

Het was erg prettig. Kirsten heeft mij goed geholpen en alles naar wens kunnen uitleggen. Heel fijn dat alles zo snel kon gaan!

The process was as smooth as the agency could make it. We've had some problems with the landlord but Stefan was always available to answer our questions.

Via Huurwoningen.nl kwamen wij bij een woning van Perfectrent. We kregen snel bericht dat we uitgenodigd waren voor een bezichtiging. Daar ontmoetten we Kirsten, een zeer enthousiaste, open en aardige makelaar, die onze vragen duidelijk kon beantwoorden. Toen we uiteindelijk de woning kregen, zorgde zij ervoor dat alles snel geregeld werd en dat wij wisten wat we moesten doen. Al met al, snel en top geregeld!
